Any information associated with the Service is used only to operate and improve the app and is not shared except as outlined below. Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection and Use

To help you track your bicycles, components, and maintenance history, the app stores information such as bike names, photos, mileage, component details, and service records. This information remains stored locally on your device and is not collected, transmitted, or otherwise accessible to the Service owner.

Photos you attach to a bike are selected from your device's photo library using Apple's standard picker and are saved only within the app's local data.

The app may rely on third-party services, such as Strava, that could collect information used to identify you. Details of this integration are described below.

Strava Integration

If you choose to connect your Strava account, the app uses Strava's official sign-in process to request access to your ride and gear data. Your Strava access and refresh tokens are stored securely in your device's Keychain and are never sent to the Service owner or to any server other than Strava's own.

• Ride and gear data retrieved from Strava is stored locally on your device to match your rides with your bicycles
• The connection can be removed at any time from the app's settings, which deletes the stored tokens from your device
• Strava data is not used for advertising or tracking, and is not shared with anyone else

Use of Strava data through the app is also subject to Strava's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Backups

The app lets you create a backup of your data as a file, which you choose where to save or share, for example via the Files app, AirDrop, or Messages. Backups are created and restored entirely on your device and are never uploaded to a server operated by the Service owner. Backup files do not include your Strava access or refresh tokens.

Notifications

The app may send local notifications to alert you when a component's wear reaches a set threshold. These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve sending any data elsewhere.

Log Data

The app does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting tools. If you have enabled diagnostic reporting in your device's iOS settings, Apple may collect crash and usage data directly, in accordance with Apple's own Privacy Policy. The Service owner does not receive or have access to this information.

Security

Protecting your information is important, and reasonable technical measures are used to safeguard it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not designed for use by children under the age of 13. Personal information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. If it is discovered that such information has been provided, it will be removed promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information, please get in touch.
